Abigail Herrera is the Client Service Manager & Transaction Coordinator for the Queens Home Team @ Keller Williams Realty. Abigail helps to ensure that clients are well informed, prepared, and ready for the Queens Home Buying & Selling process. From the moment Abigail begins working with a client, until they close on the purchase or sale of their home, Abigail provides constant communication, persistence, and experience to ensure a smooth transaction. 
 
As Client Service Manager, Abigail makes sure that she first has a complete understanding of her clients' needs, concerns, expectations, timelines, etc. This allows Abigail to deliver a customer service experience that exceeds expectations while reaching the ultimate goal, closing. Past clients will tell you that Abigail is there for you every step of the way, but more importantly, she will always look out for your best interests. Fiduciary duty is at the core of Abigail's client service approach, this results in strong client/agent relationships because Abigail will do anything & everything in her power to help them reach their goals.   
 
As Transaction Coordinator, Abigail is responsible for making sure that pending sales make it from Contract to Close with minimal or no speed bumps along the way. This is arguably the most important part of Abigail's job because deals can fall apart at any moment if you are not on top of things. So, Abigail utilizes systems & tools to ensure that all parties in a transaction are followed up with in a timely manner, and if issues occur, Abigail focuses on solutions to get them resolved and keep the deal moving forward. 
 
Abigail Herrera entered the real estate industry in 2010 after working in the customer service industry for over 15 years. Her introduction to real estate came through her husband and current business partner, George Herrera. George began working with Keller Williams Realty in 2008 and noticed that the most successful agents did not get into real estate for the money, rather, they were attracted to the industry because it gave them a way to help people in their community and make a living doing it. With this and Abigail's natural desire to help people in mind, George knew that he found a perfect career for her. Now, George & Abigail lead their own real estate team with Keller Williams Realty and the fulfillment of helping people in their community is what continues to drive their business!

George Herrera is the Market Analyst, Director of Marketing, and Systems Manager for the Queens Home Team at Keller Williams Realty Landmark II, George helps to ensure that every Queens Home Team client receives the most relevant, up-to-date information about current local market conditions.
 
George is constantly analyzing the Queens NY real estate market to stay ahead of trends and provide local expertise that will help Queens Home Team clients make the most well informed real estate decisions for themselves & their families. 
 
George is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and consistently improving one of the most comprehensive real estate marketing plans in Queens NY. This is an ongoing process that requires extensive home buyer research as well as high levels of continuing education in traditional & modern marketing strategies. 
 
As Systems Manager for the Queens Home Team, George works to create & implement the systems used by the Team to ensure that every client receives the same Superior level of service. These systems include checklists, action plans, systems and tools that improve the efficiency & effectiveness of all Queens Home Team members.   
 
George began his career with Keller Williams Realty in 2008 as Finance & Operations Manager of the Bayside Queens market center, where he helped propel the office to number one status for three years in a row. He quickly rose to the role of Support Analyst for Keller Williams Realty International based out of Austin, Texas. Shortly after, George rose to the role of Ambassador & Regional Coordinator for Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in preparation for the launch of a groundbreaking technology solution called "eEdge". George was called upon to train and implement this technology solution both Regionally & Nationally. George now leads a Real Estate Team along side his wife and Business Partner, Abigail Herrera, and the fulfillment of helping people in their community is what continues to drive their business!
